    We stand behind every mug we ship. If something's wrong, we'll make it right.

    Our Return Policy

    Because every Dork Mugs order is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind. However, we fully cover:

    • Defective items — printing errors, cracked mugs, flawed glaze
    • Incorrect items — you received the wrong design or size
    • Damaged in transit — mug arrived broken or crushed in shipping

    For any of the above, you have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us for a free replacement or full refund — your choice.

    Note: Please keep the mug until we resolve your claim. We may ask for a photo of the defect to process your replacement quickly.

    How to Request a Return or Replacement

    1. Email us at hello@dorkmugs.shop with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
    2. Attach a photo if your mug is defective or damaged — this helps us process your claim faster.
    3. We'll respond within 2 business days with a replacement order or refund confirmation.

    Refunds

    Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

    Exchanges

    We don't process direct exchanges, but if you'd like a different design, we'll issue a refund on the original order and you can place a new one. Reach out to us and we'll make it seamless.
